Cancellation Policy

We know your time is valuable, and so is ours.

While we understand that sometimes unexpected delays can occur leading to changes in own’s schedule, please understand that appointment times are limited.

If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, Tek Help respectfully requests at least 24-hour notice. Missed appointments, or appointments cancelled or rescheduled without 24-hour notice, will incur a fee of $90.

Please note:

• The first time a client misses an appointment, we will make a note in your file at no charge.
• All future missed appointments or appointments cancelled or rescheduled without 24 hour notice will incur a fee as stated above.
